small room dim lighting
I was disappointed with how SMALL the room actually was. It barely fit the bed. there wasn't even a proper desk, just a tiny ledge. the lighting was also REALLY dim. it was a HUGE letdown after seeing the pictures online.

the breakfast included made-to-order eggs. the staff offered to ship back an item i left behind (i appreciated that gesture).

The location provides easy access to several metro lines. The staff was helpful. I received a complimentary room upgrade.
The lift made considerable noise. It continued throughout the night and day, as my room was situated near it. I experienced difficulty sleeping due to this.
